Its was an absolutely gorgeous beautiful spring day here in Utah. Its here!! Its that kind of day where we need to try to be enjoying the sunshine as much as we can. Get out and suck in the Serotonin, look to the sky’s and say THANK YOU!!! All day everyday! Be ever so grateful for what we do have.

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY 2015
U.G.L.Y is hoping every person has had a memorable Memorial day and that we all take time to humble ourselves and be ever so grateful for everyone and everything. Life is just too short, to not be appreciative for the things we have, the gifts we have been given, and for the love we receive from those most important to us. Be thankful. Be grateful. Be happy.
We are all thinking about those we don’t have anymore in some way on memorial day. It may be so hard, but we must look at what that person has done for us in our lives and the way your life went because that person was in it. Be thankful for the time you had. Appreciate it. And if you feel there were things left unsaid. Believe and know… they know as well.
It makes us stop and look at the world around us. We must be grateful for every moment we have with the people we love, and appreciate what they bring into our lives. Because in a blink of an eye that can be gone.
But everything does happen for a reason. It’s all just another piece of the puzzle.
Love. Always love. We are made to love as human beings. As any being. It makes the world go round. But in order for us to love with the greatest feelings. We must first love ourselves. Love who you are. And if you don’t. Change the reason that is. Change the cycles. Its all your world. It Truly Truly is. Want it Happy and Good. Make it that way. Believe.

The driving force that gives us a purpose or direction for our behavior. It gives us the willingness to do physical things, use mental effort to complete goals, and the opportunity to focus on the things we want to accomplish in life.
Without motivation, we would not be living the life we want. It is the reason for our actions, desires, and our needs.
When we stay positive and try our best to clear of negative, our motivation is turned up! We see clearly... the things we want and the direction we want our lives to go.
Motivation keeps motivating!!
When we are fulfilling our needs and (hopefully) our wants, one is able to feel a sense of purpose in life. This does not only effect that person... others start to see the change and it helps give hope for a change in others lives.

Love Life. Love everything you can. It makes your heart grow and see things in a whole new light. It opens your eyes to things you may have never seen before but have always been inside of you. If you let it in and let it be…It is the best feeling we can ever feel. It is truth.
It doesn't have to be love for another person or a material. Just the love for being present in life and being grateful and appreciative for everyday that will change the world around you.
Love is such a powerful emotion. We seem to have everything when we have love and when we don't have love...we have nothing.
